What is Family & Friends?

Family & Friends is a shared album - every time a photo is added by you or your family members, everyone gets the photo.

Adding Photos

Just drag and drop photos from your library to the light-orange Family & Friends box to share them.

Saving Photos

To save a copy of a photo you receive via Family & Friends, drag it to your Library. It will not be saved permanently otherwise.

Escaping Email Attachments

Photos attached to email are unwieldy to open and view because the images are often uncompressed or unsized and fill the entire screen far beyond its resolution capabilities. Family & Friends takes the hassle out of email attachments. Regular email updates - you can specify daily, weekly or none - let you know about your friends' recent activity.

Advanced Tips

If you drag a photo out of Family & Friends into your library and then drag it back in, Family & Friends is smart enough not to have the photo repeat in the albums of people who have already seen it in the past 30 days; it will only drop it into those albums that do not yet have it.

You can set your account in the My Account area so that any photo you email to your ZooFoo account will get added to your Family & Friends automatically.
